The Future Been Black: The Syndicate Launch Party

  • CANVAS ARTISTRY 3120 Central Avenue Southeast Albuquerque, NM, 87106 United States (map)

The Future Been Black is a day party like Burque has never seen.

Janelle Monae's Dirty Computer Visual Album sets the literal backdrop of the party highlighting her artistic take on afro-futurism through a queer black lens.

This fully immersive afro-futuristic experience sets the scene for uninhibited dance,  signature drink specials, and the celebration of black women artists from the past, present, and future.

The future has been a lot of things...it's been as hopeful as it is dreadful, beautiful as it is bleak, but at this day party we celebrate what is also true: The Future Been Black.

The Syndicate elevates, supports, and hosts events that celebrate the diversity of/in blackness while encouraging those who understand intersectionality to join us. #GetInWhereYouFitIn
